About Project

CultIntel: Incentivise Excellence in Digitally-transformed Pedagogy:
Applying Cultural Intelligence for Students’ Inclusiveness and Success is an Erasmus+ KA2 project that runs from December 2024 to November 2026.
Cult@Intel project is focused on helping Higher Education (HE) teachers create more inclusive and supportive learning environments for students from diverse cultural backgrounds. The project promotes Cultural Intelligence (CQ) in digitally-transformed teaching, ensuring that students facing cultural barriers can succeed.
By training HE teachers and HE administrative staff in cultural awareness, digital teaching strategies, and inclusive practices, Cult@Intel supports internationalisation in higher education and promotes excellence in teaching. The project also aims to support HEIs in rewarding excellence in inclusive teaching through strategic guidelines for administrattive staff.
Cult@Intel aims to empower educators to drive student success in a globalized, digital world by fostering cultural awareness and internationalised education.
Objectives

- Training of teachers in innovative digitally transformed pedagogy based on cultural intelligence for inclusion and success of students facing cultural barriers.
- Validating teachers’ cultural intelligence competence with obtaining of micro-credential.
- Provide teachers with digital practices for applying cultural intelligence within digitally transformed pedagogy.
- Promoting internalisation in HEIs by implementation the strategy to reward and incentivise excellence in teaching based on cultural intelligence.
- Supporting facilitation of in-service training for teachers.
- Sharing and promotion of the project’s results.
Target groups

- Τeachers in HEIs seeking inclusion and success students facing cultural differences by applying the pedagogy based on cultural intelligence
- Facilitators of in-service training to develop HEIs teachers’ the specific competence “Cultural Intelligence (CQ) in digitally transformed pedagogy”
- Administrative staff in HEIs responsible for professional development and rewarding of the teachers’ excellence
- Social partners of HEIs from civil society organisations experienced in cultural diversity and non-discrimination
